Privacy

There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to. We collect as little as we can, and this page lists everything that gets sent anywhere.

  3. 3Your MY RECORD and PLAY data stay in your own browser. They never reach us.

Analytics

To see which pages people read and how fast they load, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies, doesn’t tell individual visitors apart, and doesn’t follow anyone across other sites.

All we see are totals: views per page, where visits came from, country or region, browser and device type, and load times.

Contact form

When you use “Report an error”, “Ideas & requests” or “Removal request”, we receive:

  • what you wrote and the items you picked
  • the page you sent it from, and any source link you added
  • an email address for replies (required for removal requests, optional otherwise)
  • a credit name, and whether we may show it (optional)
  • the language you were reading in

Submissions are kept in a private GitHub repository that only the maintainer (z) can read. Your email is used only to reply and never appears on the site. Your credit name appears next to a correction only if you gave one and said we could show it.

To keep out spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks each submission before it is sent. To stop repeated sending we count submissions, but we don’t keep your IP address: only a one-way scrambled value of it mixed with the date, kept for one day at most.

To have something you sent deleted, tell us through the form and include your reference number.

Stored in your browser

These are saved only in your browser on this device (localStorage / sessionStorage). They are never uploaded and don’t sync to other devices.

  • MY RECORDthe nights you went to, and your footprints on PLACES
  • PLAYyour setlist guesses, Fill the grid, Song Cup results and your last 50 games (including friends’ names from compares), and the name on share cards
  • Displaylight or dark, whether spoilers show, how VISUALS is laid out
  • Going backscroll position and opened years (gone when you close the tab)

Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes all of it. You can export MY RECORD to a file first. Share card images are also made inside your browser and never uploaded.

Outside services

Some pages have your browser load files straight from other servers. Those servers then see your IP address and browser details, just as with any website you visit.
